Tabb Middle School

Tabb Middle School is a middle school in Tabb, an unincorporated community in York County, Virginia.
The school is located on 300 Yorktown Road and is just down the street from Tabb High School and Tabb Elementary School. The school is operated by the York County School Division. The school mascot is the Tiger, (although it used to be the trojan) and their colors are orange, black, and white. Tabb's rival is Grafton Middle School. The Band program is headed by Cami Haigh and the Chorus program by Elaine Johnson.
Tabb Middle School has been selected as a 2005 School to Watch by the Virginia Middle School Association. [1]
It was one of the winners of the 2006 Marine Design Challenge (Middle School) of the Technology Student Association.[2]

TMS was reportedly established around 1976 according to the school's web site.[3] Another report states that what was then known as Tabb Intermediate School opened in 1967.
