T. Colin Campbell

T. Colin Campbell is a nutritional biochemist at Cornell University, director of the China Project, and author of The China Study. He has been a researcher, lecturer, and policy advisor in the field of diet and cancer for nearly forty years.
The China Study is a study of 6,500 rural Chinese that found a statistical correlation between meat and dairy consumption and the incidence of various diseases and health conditions, including heart disease, cancer and Type 1 diabetes. Jane Brody of the New York Times described it as the "Grand Prix of epidemiology".[verification needed]
