Reverend T. A. Dunlop was for some years the minister of Newtownards Free Presbyterian Church. He is an avowed opponent of the British Israel movement in Northern Ireland, where he ministered, and preached a sermon against it as part of a series on cults. This sermon was answered by one of Belfast's most prominent B.I. preachers, Pastor Alan Campbell.

Mr Dunlop is no longer a minister of the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster. He heads up an aid mission to Africa, called [FAME], Friends of Africa Missionary Endeavour.
