Tönet, ihr Pauken! Erschallet, Trompeten!, BWV 214 (1733) is a cantata by Johann Sebastian Bach, composed to honor the birthday of the queen of Saxony. It is also known as Glückwünschkantate zum Geburtstage der Königin. Parts of this secular work, most notably the festive opening chorus, were reworked for Bach's Christmas Oratorio.
