This wiki is growing nice for me. I am learned English and Russian and I am not good yet however some people liked my edits maybe. My hands is hurting almost from Wiki, I type two many. If we can suggest something for helping learned English for me and I want to tell it to me then. I want humbly for learning English quickly so I am returns for Kyrgzstan when two years also.

Request reason: "While I will accept full responsibility for personal semi-attacks on Gwernol, who unnecessarily blocked my friend, I find that the administration of this Wikipedia to be rather disgraceful and not a good representation of the work and effort put forth into creating so noble a project as is this masterful encyclopedia. I would be most grateful to have this block waived, although I see very little justification for its presence at all. I will forgive this magnificent Wikipedia for its recent shortcomings in the form of unnecessary blocks-- this is the second time now that I have experienced this-- in exchange for the voidance of this block and the promotion to an administration position. I would greatly like to be an administrator if that is possible, which I know it is, because it is an internet encyclopedia with unlimited positions available. Then I would like to be given the chance also to tender my most humble apology to the great Gwernol, though he abuses his administratorship quite often."
