Sylvia Schur

Sylvia Schur (born 27 June 1917) is a food expert.

She wrote food columns for PM, Seventeen magazine, Look magazine, Woman's Home Companion, and Parade magazine.[1] She has written a number of cookbooks.

Following the death of her husband Saul Schur, Sylvia Schur married architect Kaneji Domoto.

Her latest book, which she is currently writing, surveys her lifetime, focusing on food and women's changing roles.[1]
