It is believed to be fair use because it illustrates the person who is subject of this article. There are no free images of Syidah Mateen availible anywhere. This is one of only two photos found in the media of Syidah Mateen and is the older and less clear of the two. As this photo was printed by them over a year ago it is not believed that its use here will affect the finances of this media company in anyway.
