The Swedish Union for Service and Communications Employees (SEKO) in a trade union in Sweden. It was formed in 1995 with the reorganization of the Swedish National Union of State Employees (SF).

SEKO has a membership of 160,000 and is divided into nine branches:

  • Rail transportation
  • Public administration
  • Postal
  • Roads & Railways
  • Telecom
  • Correctional treatment
  • Energy
  • Defence
  • Maritime

SEKO is the third largest affiliate of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation.
