Sweat is one of the two albums (along with Suit) that St. Louis rapper Nelly released in 2004. Sweat seems to be the less popular album of the two, by debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200, while on the same week, the Suit album debuted at #1 on the same chart. The tracks "Flap Your Wings," "Na-Nana-Na," and "Tilt Ya Head Back" were released as singles.

The U.K version includes bonus track "Don't Stop"
