Swanbourne (31°58′8″S, 115°46′01″E; post code: 6010) is a western coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its Local Government Areas are the City of Nedlands and the Town of Claremont. Swanbourne is 10 km west of the Perth CBD and is an affluent locale with older homes being renovated and many new homes being built.

Swanbourne is named after Swanbourne in Buckinghamshire, England.

Swanbourne is bounded by the rifle range and golf club to the north, Lake Claremont and Stirling Road to the east, the Fremantle railway line and North Street to the south, and the Indian Ocean to the west.

At the ABS 2001 census, Swanbourne had a population of 3,139 people living in 1,259 dwellings, nearly all of which were detached houses on separate lots. The ABS identified property and business services, health and government/defence as the three main occupations.

Swanbourne includes the 18-hole Cottesloe Golf Club and Swanbourne Beach. An elite school, Scotch College, is located within the suburb. It also includes a state primary school.

The Australian SAS barracks at Campbell Barracks are both located within the suburb, which also occupies coastline north of Cottesloe and south of City Beach.

Swanbourne is served by the Swanbourne train station. Various buses travel through Swanbourne and Mount Claremont. All services are operated by the Public Transport Authority.

Swanbourne is an established and affluent suburb. It consistently supports the Liberal Party at both federal and state elections.
