Swan Valley High School is a public high school located in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. Swan Valley's original mascot was the Panthers which soon changed to the Vikings. The sports teams of Swan Valley were then divided up between the Vikings and the Valkyries to show individual support for both male and female teams. Later, the sport's teams were simply called the Vikings and the Lady Vikes.

Swan Valley High School offers many different sports options for their students. These are Varsity Football, Junior Varsity Football, Freshman Football, Girl's Varsity / Junior Varsity Basketball, Girls Freshman Basketball, Men's Varsity / Junior Varsity Basketball, Mens Freshman Basketball, Varsity Boys & Girls Cross Country, Boys Varsity Soccer, Varsity Men's and Women's Bowling, Varsity Golf, Junior Varsity Golf and Varsity Ice Hockey.

Swan Valley High School offers some clubs and organizations for the student body to be involved in. These include Band, Drama, Media Center, Scientific Sorcerers (as of 2006 this club has been discontinued until further notice), Student Council, Students Against Dangerous Decisions, Business Professionals of America, Student Council, Student Store, Quiz Bowl, and its own chapter to the National Honor Society. Swan Valley has a plethora of options towards gaining social interaction in organizations.

Swan Valley High School has been recently awarded the Michigan Blue Ribbon Exemplary School Award 2005-2006. Blue Ribbon Schools are models of both excellence and equity. To be recognized, a school must demonstrate a strong commitment to educational excellence for all students. The program recognizes schools that have demonstrated success in achieving these values as well as schools that have overcome obstacles and can provide evidence of five years of sustained student achievement.
