The Swan Theatre is a theatre belonging to the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. It is built onto the side of the larger Royal Shakespeare Theatre, occupying the Victorian Gothic structure that formerly housed the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre that preceded the RST.

The Swan is designed as a modernized Elizabethan theatre. It features a thrust stage and a circular auditorium that echoes the structure of Elizabethan theatres, but it is indoors, has comfortable seating, and features modern lighting and sound technology.

The Swan was opened in 1986 and was originally intended as a space for the performance of Elizabethan drama, but it has subsequently been used for many other types of theatre including the works of Chekhov, Ibsen and Tennessee Williams.
