From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sri Atmananda Shri Krishna Menon (1883-1959) was a well-known sage and guru. He was a householder and showed by his life and teachings that ordinary life can be a type of meditation, yoga, or striving towards moksha, or liberation from karma. He spent most of his life employed as a police prosecutor. He predicted he would die six years after his wife did. He also discussed many variations of philosophy within Vedanta and the Upanishads, including Ajativada.

[edit] Quotation

  • I have no mine-ness, attachment or egoism. I am eternal, non-doer, all-purity, self-dependent and self-luminous. Attributeless, changeless and unconditioned, I am the abode of Love, stainless, the one without second and ever peaceful.
