Swallow this Live is a live music album released by American hair metal band Poison. The album was released on November 12, 1991 through Capitol Records.

The album was recorded in Orlando, Florida during the band's Flesh & Blood tour.

It also includes a 9-minute long guitar solo by C.C. DeVille, which was nominated as the worst guitar solo of all time by Guitar World in its December 2004 poll entitled "100 Worst Riffs, Licks & Solos of All Time."
