Svein Ludvigsen

Svein Harald Ludvigsen (b. July 18, 1946, Hillesøy, Troms) is the former Norwegian Minister of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs, from the Conservative Party (Høyre). After working in the private sector, as a bank director among other things, he became a member of the Norwegian Parliament in 1989. Before this he had represented his party locally in many positions.
