Svein-Erik Edvartsen (born May 21, 1979). Is a Norwegian football- and ice hockey referee from Hamar. He debuted as a first division referee August 11, 2002 in the game between Skeid and Tromsdalen. And he debuted as referee in the Norwegian Premier League in 2006. Edvartsen is also a referee principal in the Norwegian Ice hockey union and represents Hamar Idrettslag (football) and Storhamar IL (hockey).
