"A legend of Hunters Glen Apartments for chasing kids when they called her Mary Poppins. She once delayed school bus field trip because the kids called her Mary Poppins."

This all sounds.... just weird to me. Where is Hunters Glen Apartments? Is it really a "legend" that she chases kids who call her mary poppins? What would even lead someone to call her that?
