Suzuno Osugi is the Priestess of Byakko in Yuu Watase's Fushigi Yūgi. Her father, Takao Osugi, was the friend and associate of Einosuke Okuda, translator of The Universe of the Four Gods and father of Takiko Okuda, Priestess of Genbu. She was in love with Tatara, one of the Byakko Celestial Warriors, but after summoning Byakko, she returned to the real world. In the anime, Suzuno and Tatara die at the same time and are reunited in death.
