I don't check my discussion page that often so please be patient. I am a survivor of sexual assault so please keep that in mind when leaving me comments. I also don't particularly like to argue with people but I feel that the rape article could mislead people so I keep an eye on it. The first thing you should know if you were raped or sexually assaulted is that it was not your fault.

Are you in crisis right now? You can call the National Sexual Assault Hotline, operated by RAINN, 24 hours a day at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673), or you can search for your local rape crisis center.
