The "Important Phases" section doesn't have anything non-European except Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Given two other articles covering almost the exact same subject matter, 20th century and the 20th century in review, and given the stubbiness of this article, I think it would be easiest to copy any worthy content out from this article into the other two and replace this redundant article with a redirect to one of the others.
