Survivor Series 2002 was the sixteenth annual Survivor Series pay-per-view professional wrestling event for World Wrestling Entertainment. It took place on November 17, 2002 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. The official theme song was "Always" by Saliva.

- Sunday Night HEAT match: Lance Storm and William Regal defeated Goldust and The Hurricane (3:01)
- Storm pinned Goldust.
- Jeff Hardy, Bubba Ray Dudley and Spike Dudley defeated 3-Minute Warning (Rosey and Jamal) and Rico in an Elimination Tables match (14:22)
- Rosey and Jamal eliminated Spike with a Double Flapjack (4:25)
- Hardy eliminated Rosey with a Swanton Bomb (7:59)
- Jamal eliminated Hardy with a Splash from the top rope to the outside (11:12)
- Bubba Ray eliminated Jamal with a top-rope powerbomb (12:50)
- Bubba Ray eliminated Rico when D-Von Dudley came out and they hit the 3D (14:22)
- Billy Kidman defeated Jamie Noble (w/Nidia) to win the WWE Cruiserweight Championship (7:29)
- Kidman pinned Noble after a Shooting star press.
- Victoria defeated Trish Stratus in a Hardcore match to win the WWE Women's Championship (7:01)
- Victoria pinned Stratus after a spraying her with a fire extinguisher followed by a Snap suplex.
- The Big Show defeated Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman) to win the WWE Championship (4:19)
- Big Show pinned Lesnar after a Chokeslam onto a chair.
- During the match, Heyman turned on Lesnar after he interrupted the second referee who counted Lesnar. Lesnar chased after Heyman until Big Show hit him with a steel chair.
- Los Guerreros (Eddie and Chavo) defeated Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit, and Edge and Rey Mysterio (c) in a Triple Threat Elimination match to win the WWE Tag Team Championship (19:25)
- Edge pinned Benoit after a Spear (13:09)
- Eddie forced Mysterio to submit with the Lasso from El Paso (19:25)
- Shawn Michaels defeated Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Chris Jericho and Triple H (c) in the first Elimination Chamber match to win the World Heavyweight Championship (39:20)

- Saliva also performed Chris Jericho's entrance music, "King of My World", live from The World (WWE's restaurant).
- Before the main event, Scott Steiner made his return to WWE, and attacked Christopher Nowinski and Matt Hardy after they had given an insulting promo about New York City and its citizens.
- Excluding Survivor Series 1998, wherein a tournament for the WWF Championship was set up for the whole event, this was the only Survivor Series event that didn't have any traditional elimination matches.
- This was the first time that World Heavyweight Championship, WWE Cruiserweight Championship and WWE Tag Team Championship were defended at Survivor Series.
