Surrey-Whalley is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada.

Whalley is generally considered to have a high rate of crime. Especially notorious for crime is the area of West Whalley, from 106 A Ave, extending down king george highway to the base of the patullo bridge.

Its MLA is Bruce Ralston. He was first elected in 2005. He represents the New Democratic Party of British Columbia.
