"Super Alien Hero Buddy Adventures" is the 33rd episode of the American animated television series Ben 10 that aired March 3, 2007.

A writer makes a show called Super Alien Hero Buddy Adventures which is based on Wildmutt, Heatblast and Fourarms. This upsets Ben. Heatblast is called Fiery Buddy, Fourarms is called Handy Buddy, and Wildmutt is called Doggy Buddy.

- Planetary Studios, the theme park Ben and Gwen were at, is a parody of Universal Studios.
- The "alien buddies" appear in the same style as the opening theme song.
- Handy Buddy is Scottish, Fiery Buddy talks in rap, and Doggy Buddy speaks similarly to Scooby Doo.
- Near the end of the episode there is a girl within the crowd that is dressed like Sakura Haruno from the anime and manga Naruto but does not have pink hair.
- Kangaroo Commando is parodied off of Batman, and his actor Abel North is also parodied of Adam West, the same actor who played Batman.
- Abel North and Kane North are allusions to the biblical twins Cain and Abel. The fact that one is good and one is evil supports this.
- The aliens used in this episode are Heatblast, Fourarms, Stinkfly and Wildvine.
- The anamatronic dinosaur head that Wildvine faces is reminiscent of Godzilla.

- While autographed the Doggy Buddy drawing the mouth was white. When he hands it over to the kid, the mouth is black.
- In some parts with Heatblast, his head flame is green.
- This episode was originally scheduled to premiere on March 10, 2007.
- When people are watching the large screen, a kid has a shirt with Handy Buddy on. The first time he is seen, he is happy and so is the shirt. Next time, he is worried and the shirt is sad.
- One of the kids in the autographed´s line, when Ben was taken away, was dressed like Kevin 11 in his human form(The black T-shirt with the torn sleeves, the dark hair and the jeans)
