I, User:MickHarmeling, feel it is covered by fair use because:

  1. This picture is important because it demonstrates one of FTC Networks' prominant services.
  2. No free or public domain images have been located for this service.
  3. The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the service in any way.
  4. The screenshot is intended to represent this service (SuperChat), and only this service. Its inclusion in the article is important because it is a presentation of the said service in action. The image accompanies a section in the article that discusses the service in question.
  5. The screenshot is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the service in any way.
  6. I have received and am in possession of written permission from FTC Networks, LLC that reads as follows:
