Colorized (by author) frame grab from episode; qualifies as Fair Use by 1) use in educational/academic context; 2) still/ "painting" is classifiably and original "derivitive" work, unlike original source (a 35mm 30-minute film); 3)no infringement on copyright holder of TV program, since "work" is not being sold as a TV program and is exhibited free. "Author" of the work (Ted Newsom) hereby allows the work to be considered public domain in perpetuity; jpeg image is not commercially reproducable
