Suomenniemi

Suomenniemi is a municipality of Finland.
It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the South Karelia region. The municipality has a population of 843 (2003) and covers an area of 362.79 km² of which 77.61 km² is water. The population density is 3.0 inhabitants per km².
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
