Sunnydale was founded by Wilkins, a sorceror, as a feeding-ground for demons. I suspect that he laid a spell on the town to keep people in denial. It need not be strong enough to work perfectly. —Tamfang 23:09, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Mahou Sensei Negima?
It seems like this manga deserves mention here. Although most of the main characters are aware of the magical side of the world, one of the characters (Chisame Hasegawa), while being unaware of this, notices several things during a martial arts tournament that defy any explanation by common sense or the laws of physics (flashy attacks and such). She is frustrated by the fact that the spectators around her don't really seem to care, or simply dismiss it as CG effects of some sort.
- I don't really think so - it's just another instance, Sunnydale Syndrome is common and it doesn't sound like there's anything distinctive about Mahou Sensei Negima. --Kizor 10:11, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
