Suntree, Florida

Suntree is a town in Brevard County, Florida, United States. It is located near the center of the county, off I-95 near Viera between Interstate 95 and the Florida East Coast Railroad. It has more subdivisions than Viera. A smaller community called Baytree lies west of Interlachen Road. It lies approximately halfway between Rockledge and Melbourne. The population was 20,194 at the 2000 census.

As of the census^GR2 of 2000, there were 20,194 people. The racial makeup was 93.2% White, 3.1% African American, 2.8% Asian, and 1.0% from two or more races.

The gender split was almost even, with 49% being male, and 51% female.

The median income for a household was $61,601.
