Sunnylea

Sunnylea is a pocket of the city of Toronto. The neighbourhood has a large number of single detached homes. It is close to Kingsway Village (Bloor Street West) and the Mimico Creek.

The community is bordered by Bloor Street West in the North. It is also home to Sunnylea Primary School. Mimico Creek is the southern boundary of the neighborhood. Immediately south of the creek, the deep lots on the east side of Royal York Rd provided the perfect oppurtunity for many institutions. Bishop Allen Academy, Etobicoke School of the Arts, École Sainte-Marguerite d'Youville as well as a senior's home are all found with in a few blocks.
