Sunland Group

The Sunland Group is an Australian development company based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland working in the residential, commercial, retail, hotels and child care sections. The Sunland Group built the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Q1 Tower in Queensland, Australia's tallest building and the world's tallest residential tower. Circle on Cavil are twin towers nearing completion right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Some refer to Circle on Cavill as Cirque du Soheil after a key Sunland identity, Soheil Abedian.
