Sungnyung (from 熟冷) is a traditional Korean tisane (herbal infusion) made from boiled toasted rice. Firstly rice is boiled until water is cleared up, and then the boiled rice is roasted to be beautifully browned. The yellow roasted boiled rice is mixed with plentiful water, and then boil them again until a flavor of the yellow roasted boiled rice spread out into water.
