The Johor River Bridge or Jambatan Sungai Johor is a major bridge across Johor River on Senai-Desaru Expressway E--. The 1.9 kilometre cable stayed bridge connects Kong-Kong in the west to Sebana in the east. It is a major landmark of Johor.

Construction officially began in 2005. Construction was led by Senai Desaru Expressway Berhad with a main contractor Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd.
