"Sunburn" is a single by the English rock band Muse from their debut album, Showbiz. It was the fourth single that the band released, with "Uno", "Cave" and "Muscle Museum" being released previously. The release date in the UK was February 21, 2000, and was released as a two-CD set and an accompanying 7" vinyl. The artwork for the two CD's differed in colour to help distinguish between them: CD one was in red, CD two in yellow. There were also a number of remixes released later the same year: the Timo Maas Sunstroke Remix, the Breakz Again Remix and the Steven McCreery Remix. The song also appears on the Hullabaloo Live DVD and the Absolution DVD. The song featured on a TV advertisement for Apple's iMac.

The B-sides "Yes Please" and "Ashamed" appear on the Hullabaloo Soundtrack in the B-sides collection. The video for the song includes a young Brooke Kinsella, who later rose to fame as an actress in Eastenders.
