The Summarybox Wayne County NY template is for use with Wayne County, New York towns. Usually placed at the bottom of the town article, this template places a summary of county information in the article. It contains a parser argument that allows inclusion of the county's seal Image:WayneCountyNYUSASeal.JPG that does not violate Wikipedia's Fair Use of Images policy disallowing use of images in non-userbox templates.
