SummerSlam 1993 was the sixth annual SummerSlam professional wrestling pay-per-view event from the World Wrestling Federation. It took place on August 30, 1993 at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

- Dark match: Owen Hart defeated Barry Horowitz (8:32)
- Hart pinned Horowitz.
- Razor Ramon defeated Ted DiBiase (7:32)
- Ramon pinned DiBiase after a Razor's Edge.
- This was Ted DiBiase's final match in the WWF as a wrestler. He would remain an on-screen personality until 1996.
- The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) defeated The Heavenly Bodies (Tom Prichard and Jimmy Del Ray) (w/Jim Cornette) to retain the WWF Tag Team Championship (9:28)
- Rick pinned Del Ray after Scott hit Del Ray with a Frankensteiner.
- Shawn Michaels (w/Diesel) defeated Mr. Perfect to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship (11:20)
- Michaels defeated Perfect by count-out when Perfect was rammed into the ringpost by Diesel and was unable to get back in the ring.
- Irwin R. Schyster defeated The 1-2-3 Kid (5:44)
- I.R.S. pinned 1-2-3 Kid after a Clothesline.
- Bret Hart defeated Doink the Clown (w/Jerry Lawler) (9:05)
- Bret defeated Doink by disqualification after Lawler broke his crutch over Bret's head.
- Prior to the Hart/Lawler match scheduled, Lawler came to the ring and said he was in a car accident the previous night, stating he wasn't medically cleared to wrestle being in crutches. He named Doink as his replacement.
- After Lawler assaulted Hart with the crutch, WWE President Jack Tunney came down to the ring and ordered Lawler to have his match with Bret or he would be banned from the WWF.
- Jerry Lawler defeated Bret Hart (6:32)
- Lawler won by Disqualification.
- Hart had originally won by submission with the Sharpshooter, but the referee reversed the decision after Bret refused to let the hold go.
- Ludvig Borga defeated Marty Jannetty (5:15)
- Borga defeated Jannetty by submission with the Torture Rack.
- The Undertaker (w/Paul Bearer) defeated Giant Gonzales (w/Harvey Wippleman) in a "Rest in Peace match" (8:04)
- Undertaker pinned Gonzalez after a Flying clothesline.
- The "Rest in Peace" match meant that there was no disqualification and no count-out.
- Half-way through the match Bearer brought out a black wreath. Bearer was confronted by Wippleman and, with one punch, knocked him out unconscious. Bearer then retrieved Undertaker's urn.
- After the match, Gonzalez attacked Wippleman and ended their partnership.
- Tatanka and The Smokin' Gunns (Billy and Bart) defeated Bam Bam Bigelow and The Headshrinkers (Fatu and Samu) (w/Afa) (11:15)
- Tatanka pinned Samu with a roll-up.
- Lex Luger defeated WWF Champion Yokozuna (w/Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette) (17:58)
- Luger defeated Yokozuna by count-out after Yokozuna was knocked out of the ring after being hit by Luger's steel-plated forearm, therefore Yokozuna retained the Championship.

- Randy Savage introduced Aaron Neville, who sung the American National Anthem before the main event match.
- Akio Sato was one of the Japanese flag bearers in the pre-main event ceremonies.
- This was the first Summerslam in which the WWF Intercontinental Championship was successfully defended. All others prior had resulted in the champion losing his title.
- Tatanka with Sherri vs. Bam Bam Bigelow with Luna was changed to the 6-man tag team match.
- Ludvig Borga replaced Rick Martel for reasons unknown.
