[edit] Dead wikilink

Please I hope that if you want to wikilink, make sure that you intend to write something about it. If not just leave it as it is, because they will be some people who are more knowledgable on the issue will pick it up and make the article. Dead wikilink will only encourage stub, even worse are those one-liners.
