Professor Sukumar Nandi is senior member IEEE and presently head Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. Prof. Nandi did his phd from IIT Kharagpur under Prof P.Pal Chaudhri . Being a firm believer in philosophy of learning through interaction he joined IIT Guwahati and has been teaching here since 1995. Prof Nandi is at present member Board of Governor, IIT Guwahati.
