Sukhinichi

Sukhinichi (Russian: Сухи́ничи) is a town in Kaluga Oblast, Russia, located on the Moscow–Bryansk railway line, 105 km southwest of Kaluga. Population: 16,387 (2002 Census); 17,762 (1989 Census).
It was founded as a village (selo) in the first half of the 18th century. It was granted town status in 1840.
