I believe that though a freely licensed image could be reasonably found for the Sugababes, an image containing the current line-up of Kiesha, Heidi and Amelle can not and I believe the article 'Sugababes' should be shown with this line-up and not the previous image containing previous member Mutya. Also I followed guidelines of uploading images by following ones that were accepted by Wikipedia on groups and artists such as Girls Aloud, Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson and thought uploading this image would be acceptable. The image is low-quality and can be found on the Internet at the Sugababes official site. It does not sabotage any sales that could be made for the Sugababes. The image is being used for informational purposes only and its use is not believed to detract from the artist in any way.

Our fair use policy forbids using a non-free image if a free image could be created that could be used in its place. See criterion #1 and counter-example #8. In this case, it would be possible to create a free image; therefore this non-free image may not be used.
