    • it is named "suburbs" but labeled here "subdivision"
    • is the term used outside the US for what the article describes?

Yes, it's an odd choice, to illustrate an article that is entirely about US law and says nothing about whatever laws may apply to the pictured place. Jim.henderson 07:16, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
