[edit] difference between Suan Cai and Kimchi

Can anybody comment on the difference between Suan Cai and Kimchi? Based on this article, it's difficult to say.Groogle 05:35, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

The difference is that chili and garlic are used in kimchi whereas not spice is used to make suan cai.--Manchurian Tiger 16:52, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

-> Manchuria IS Northern China. This sentence is irrelevant. It should be removed.
