Hi Stuart, There are several issues with the sections you are adding to the Trinity page. Do you want to remove them and I could help you edit them before putting back in the right spot on that page anything that should be there? ...Nigel

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Real estate article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. Kuru talk 01:40, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 1031 exchange

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in 1031 exchange. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. ‣tregoweth (talk) 03:40, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. ‣tregoweth (talk) 16:29, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 20:37, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

WHAT IS THE MATTTER WITH YOU? Your constant inclusion of an external link to your own(?) website is totally inappropriate and, by today, FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE have reverted your addition of an external link. Clearly, all of us are in agreement that THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE.
STOP ADDING YOUR SITE TO THE ARTICLE. Vivaverdi 21:42, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
Let me echo what has been said above - if you insist on re-adding your site, I will move to have it added to the spam blacklist. At the very least you should be discussing this with other editors. --Charlesknight 21:53, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

So you cant add any external links to the external link section?

I assume that you were the person who posted the question on my talk page: "What does exteral link mean if you cant (SIC) ever use them"?, but DID NOT SIGN IT with the standard four tildes (top left key next to 1 + Exclamation point??)
AND DID YOU JUST ADD THE ABOVE QUESTION WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS??
If you read wiki policy it is clear: a totally self promoting web site advertising your services in regard to the topic of the article is not appropriate. And THAT is what you KEEP DOING. Nor is it appropriate to copy huge chunks from a website and paste it into place: that is clear COPYRIGHT violation...
Articles from newspapers and magazines which explain processes or to which you can refer to verify
or substantiate information in the Wiki article are the kinds of links which are acceptable.

Ok I understand, I am new at this. I also own the copy rights to everything I posted concering 1031exchange.

[edit] Trinity

We appreciate your contributions to the Trinity article, but we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. For this reason your edits have been reverted or removed. Perhaps you would like to rewrite the information in your own words. If you do, please remember to cite your source(s). For more information, take a look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Thanks.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Trinity. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you!

The above are standard warning templates. Please see Talk:Trinity for a discussion of why this material was inappropriate even absent the copyright violations and POV problems. TCC (talk) (contribs) 21:49, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Edits to Jerusalem

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Jerusalem. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
