Hey, this article only deals with physical stuff. According to Descartes, there are two kinds of stuff - res cogitans and res extensa. Res extensa is roughly speaking what the article talks about. What about thinking stuff?

Around about the time of Descartes, or shortly after, there was a lot of talk about whether there could be space without stuff (res extensa). Stuff without space on the other hand appears to be nonsensical. What is the current thinking of physicists on this issue?

'Stuff' is also a verb. 'Get stuffed' is an insult in the UK.
