The song "If I Could Only Be Sure" was co-written and originally recorded by Nolan Porter in 1972. Singer-songwriter Porter is married to Patrice "Candy" Zappa, sister of rock legend Frank Zappa.

The song "One Way Road" was originally written by Noel Gallagher and recorded by Oasis for the b-side of their single "Who Feels Love?" in 2000. It's notable that Paul Weller, a great influence and mentor for Gallagher, covers a song by his "disciple".[citation needed]
