The Student Cooperative Association (SCA) consists of three student-run cooperative houses in Eugene, Oregon. The three houses are called Lorax Manner, The Campbell Club, and The Janet Smith House. Located across the street from the University of Oregon on Alder St., the cooperatives provide an alternative to dormitory living and off-campus housing. As members of the SCA, the residents are entirely and equally responsible for the politics, maintenance, and direction of the association. This includes consensus on allocating funds, review of prospective new members, and the distribution of house chores and responsibilities among all residents.

Each of the three houses meets weekly for discussion of pressing decisions, upcoming events, and the review of the week's jobs. The houses also serve dinner 6 nights a week, and a constant supply of food, consisting mainly of vegetarian and vegan options is included as part of the cost of membership. All decisions in the houses are based upon the complete consensus model.
