Stuart Langridge (also known as 'Aq') is a web and software developer based in the United Kingdom. Langridge is the author of two books, DHTML Utopia[1], and Run Your Own Web Server Using Linux & Apache[2] (with Tony Steidler-Dennison) for technical publishers SitePoint. Also for SitePoint, he wrote the Stylish Scripting weblog[3] during 2005. Langridge is a member of the Web Standards Project's DOM Scripting Task Force[4] and is an acknowledged commentator on DOM Scripting techniques.

His current projects include Jokosher, a multi-track audio editor for GNOME, and Jackfield, a program to run Dashboard widgets under GNOME.

Langridge is also part of the team which produces LugRadio, a Linux and open source podcast in the UK. He is known for being highly opinionated, argumentative and ginger. Affectionately referred to as "The Ging", similar to the way Ade Bradshaw is referred to as "The Baald"
