Stuart Allen is a fictional character on NBC's daytime drama Passions. The character was portrayed by actor Emmanuel Xuereb from August 30, 2006 until September 2006.

Stuart Allen was once a software designer for Crane Industries. Crane Industries fired Stuart but kept using the software he designed for them which Stuart had patented back when he was in college. Stuart Allen has asked Ethan Winthrop to represent him against Crane Industries.
Stuart made it rather clear that he hates the entire Crane family and anyone who sees them in good favor during an encounter with Theresa, Jared, Ethan and Gwen at the Seacliff Inn on September 5, 2006. Since then, Stuart has faded into the background.
