Someone from Wikipedia added the label "This article needs to be cleaned up to conform to a higher standard of quality." I'm not clear what the problem is. who makes these decisions? on what basis?
I reckon a fair test is whether an undergraduate engineer or another person with similar background and needs could read this article and make forward progress - I have to say I suspect not! Linuxlad 11:24, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
