Street Machine is an Australian modified car magazine published since August 1981. The magazine emerged from another iconic Australian modified car magazine, Van Wheels, which in turn emerged from yet another magazine, the Australian Hot Rodding Review. Founding editor Geoff Paradise left Street Machine in 1985 and the magazine has had various editorial changes since.

It is the major sponsor of the Summernats car festival.

It was first published by Murray Publishers and is now published by the Australian Consolidated Press.

It focuses generally on Australian owner-modified Holden, Ford and Chrysler models from the 1950s to 1970s, although American musclecars and modern Australian cars do make appearances. Normally most of the cars featured tend to have V8 engines fitted.
