Stranger by the Minute is a single by British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree, released in October 1999. It came in two formats: a regular CD and a 7" vinyl (limited to 1.000 copies) which features Hallogallo, a Neu! cover.

Also a band in Seattle Washington started in 1998 with one CD "Shameless Nights" Consisting of Dean Moller, singer/songwriter, and Wayne Porter/Drummer. The bands music is a mixture of Delta blues slide and acoustic/lyric oriented pop.
